Our company provides professional vehicle patrol functions, alarm response, armed & unarmed officer assignments, house-arrest monitoring, executive-protection details, parking-ticket enforcement, labor-dispute security, fire-watch monitoring, employee-termination stand-by support, special event security and other protective service duties.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • OPOTA Peace Officer Certification is highly preferred
  • Current OPOTA Security Guard Certification with Firearm Bearer (FAB) designation will be accepted in lieu of the OPOTA Peace Officer Certification
  • Must pass an employment background check with a favorable employment history
  • Must pass a pre-employment criminal and traffic background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must have the physical capabilities to perform all job functions
  • Must be able to meet insurance standards for use of company’s patrol vehicles
  • No criminal convictions on your record
  • No dishonorable discharge from any military branch of service
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills
  • Demonstrates effective time-management skills
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures
  • Ability to maintain professional composure, especially when dealing with challenging circumstances
  • Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
  • Ability to learn and utilize the latest technology in accordance with job responsibilities

Experience (one of the following must apply):

  • Retired Police Officers in good standing with their respective department
  • Police Officer with at least one consecutive year of experience and off of probation period
  • Current or retired military personnel with experience in police functions or special operations
